A unit set form is a multiple part form that is carbon interleaved or carbonless. The parts of a unit set form are fastened in a common stub or edge. Individual sets or copies may be removed or separated. Unit set forms are mostly hand written and provide copies of the original document. Unit sets can include features such as:
